- Tap Reset Phone
- Tap Erase Everything

- Press the Volume Down key to arrow down to Yes — delete all user data, and then press the Power key.
- Press the Power key to select reboot system now.
- The device will reboot with factory settings.
Only do this if you can not do it via Setting menu.
Performing Soft Reset
